How we work week by week

Week 1

Foundation

90-minute kickoff call. We understand your interests and strengths. We choose a product category direction. You start researching specific products with a clear method. End of week: 3-5 product candidates and supplier outreach started.

Week 2

Product and store

60-minute call. We choose the winning product together. We negotiate with the supplier. You build the store on Shopify. I review every page before launch. End of week: live store, first product ready.

Week 3

Content engine

60-minute call. We choose the best platform for your product and build the content strategy. We define content angles and posting schedule. You shoot your first 5 videos. I review them before publishing. End of week: first videos published, regular posting rhythm.

Week 4

Improve and hand off

60-minute call. We review what is working and what is not. You receive a custom 90-day plan for your project. Steps you execute alone after the package ends. End of week: store running, content publishing, clear roadmap.

Payment

Two payments, not one

$750 when your application is accepted to start, $750 at the beginning of week three. This lowers the mental pressure and lets you see progress before the second payment. The package is non-refundable after week one starts.

Questions before you apply

Is there a results guarantee?+

No. Anyone who guarantees specific profit in 4 weeks is lying. What I guarantee: you will get a live store, a custom content strategy, and a 90-day plan. The financial result depends on your execution.

What if I decide the package is not for me after we start?+

The package is non-refundable after week one starts. This protects both sides. I reserve my time and your spot, and you commit to execution. That is why the application matters: we make sure it is a fit before we start.

Are the calls in Arabic or English?+

Arabic or English. If you want to mix both for technical terms, that is completely fine.

When will the calls happen?+

We agree on the times after your application is accepted. I am flexible with time zones and will try to work around your schedule.

What if I need more than 4 weeks?+

You receive a 90-day plan at the end of the package to execute on your own. If you want follow-up after that, you can book a $200 Strategy Session or a new package. Most clients do not need it.

Do you work with more than one person at the same time?+

2-3 clients per month, no more. That is the natural limit because of the time I give each person. If spots are full, I will tell you when the next spots open.

What is the difference between this and the $200 Strategy Session?+

Strategy Session: one hour, a plan on paper, you execute alone. This package: 4 weeks executing together, actual store build, daily support. The difference is not the knowledge. The difference is accompanied execution.
